Painted Parakeets (Pyrrhura picta) near Wowetta, North Rupununi, Guyana in January 2009

After the 3 hour walk from Wowetta to reach the Cock-of-the-Rock lek, we found a small group of Painted Parakeets (Pyrrhura picta) high above us in the canopy.
